Greater than one weekIn the past I have had very little to complain about but the last box I purchased appears to have some flaws. In the past I could even wear one for pretty much all day and unless I had unusually heavy leakage the held together just fine. The last ones I ordered have a problem with the inner liner and absorbent material coming lose and falling out at very embarrassing times, The lining doesnt seem to hold across the back at the waist band. I havent sent them back because I keep hoping its just a couple of them that are bad.

> 3 dayThese look so nice, and are great for occasional dribblers. But when things get a little more serious, they fail completely. DryDirect brand or Tranquility will give you confidence for 6-8 hours, while Depends might last all of 2 or 3. The difference in cost is quickly made up in quantities used (8-10 daily for Depends, 4-5 for DryDirect) plus the time and money spent for endless laundry. Not to mention the stress of worrying about failure when away from home. I can’t believe we went over a year before finding alternatives, and often think of my dad, who spent his last 10 years in an endless search to remedy his problems with these big name brands that just don’t work.

Greater than one weekOne thing I appreciate about Depend as a brand is their commitment to providing incontinence products that look and feel like regular underwear. The Real Fit briefs are designed to look like regular mens briefs, which helps my son feel less self-conscious about wearing them. The waistband is also comfortable and doesnt dig in, which is important for all-day wear. The only downside to these briefs is the price. They are more expensive than other brands weve tried, but the quality and performance make them worth the investment. Plus, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my son is protected and comfortable is priceless.

> 3 dayThey have been fine until today. My skin seems to be rejecting them due to rash with hives today. I will take a few days off and see what happens in the future.

> 3 dayThe inside box is tough to break down and to open. The glue line is a challenge for my wimpy muscles. Excellent product.

> 3 dayUnlike many other similar I have tried including Amazons generic underwear. These absorb the most and the best without falling apart. Fit snuggly around legs to prevent leakage.
