This laptop is built great, mostly made of aluminum. Screen quality is very good. Performance is as expected. It is pretty heavy.

I had originally given this product a low review. Apparently it originally came with a 256 Gb SSD but when it was delivered it did come with a 512 Gb SSD. I regret the error. As for number of stars it currently meets expectations for a Dell/Windows system.

Ive been a Dell fan for a long time, but am questioning if I ever will buy another. This laptop worked well for 2 years. The only issue is the awful battery life. It also runs fairly hot. Then it stopped charging through the normal charging point and I had to use USB c. This made the laptop battery run REALLY hot. So hot that it has now stopped working completely. UPDATE: the main board broke and can not be fixed. I also bought a Dell for my office, which stopped working properly after one year. Im not convinced that the quality as good as it used to be.

This is a very nice laptop, not too heavy, great performance, brilliant screen. Did not want touch screen. Replace my 5 year old Macbook Pro which failed. Figured I would go all MSFT Windows since my desktop is WIndows. No more awkward transitions between them. Highly recommend this machine.
