Package arrived damaged, it was clearly opened previously and the plug was a European plug. No US plug provided. Fortunately we had an older Dell product that worked with the transformer. Computer booted and appears to be working properly (pending all the updates), but I cant help feel like I got a used machine (refurb) or that it is potentially damaged and will exhibit a latent failure. On top of the above the product was delayed and rescheduled to arrive 3 days late, which forced me to drive to UPS to intercept the package. Disappointing... appears the supply chain issues at Amazon are resulting in inferior packaging / products creeping in.
