> 3 dayThis computer is a far cry from the first PC I ever owned. The screen is a sleek design and contains components that would normally be found in a separate CPU. The keyboard and mouse are cordless so the only cable is the power cord. Its quick, powerful and I would buy it again.

> 3 dayOverall impression: This Dell AIO should in on the desk of every college students, office worker, and businesses. Its super sleek and extremely powerful. I wont bored you to death with the specs, you can read that on your own. What I CAN tell you is that its super fast for multi-tasks. I had 30 Chrome tabs opened and experienced zero lag (weird flex, I know). Large hard drive storage can hold plenty of movies and downloads. The AIO is also a touchscreen which is very responsive for quick gestures. The beautiful 27 display has 1080p which is good. It would be much better if it was 4K resolution. I mean honestly, its Q3 2022 and at $1500 price point still no 4K? Unfortunately I would have to deduct a star.

Greater than one weekThis is such a good computer. The touch screen is a nice feature. The computer is easy to use and it was a good value for the price.

> 3 dayI purchased this to replace an older Dell AIO that Microsft update killed. This is much faster with a slightly larger screen. It has a 1TB Solid State Drive instead of the small 256 or 512 SSD and a slow Hard Drive. I have only had it a few days but so far it is very nice. I was able to remove the hard drive and retrieve all the data that was on the old dead computer. I would say buy this if you are looking for a good home computer.

> 3 dayIll start off by saying that im no computer expert by any means. ive had gaming computers in the past built by my husband. im fairly savvy when it comes to electronics, but im by no means an expert on specs and what not. i recently started making hand made items to sell, and i needed a new computer to keep track of inventory, expenses, etc. i have my gaming computer set up downstairs in the basement, but i needed something in my craft room so i didnt have to run up and down the stairs while trying to make stuff on my computer. this was the perfect solution. I loved that it was all in one and would sit up on my desk and i didnt have to have the tower sitting on my floor under the desk. This has way more plug in slots on it than i would have thought it would. i was able to plug in a set of better speakers, and i plugged a second monitor into this as well. I also have my cricut machine hooked up to this, and a thermal printer for printing shipping labels. I also have a large light up mouse pad and was able to plug that into it as well. Overall im really happy with my experience with this computer so far. The screen quality is good. I wish it had 4k. For the price, and in this day and age, I would think itd be 4k. But thats not a deal breaker. The images on the screen when watching videos or movies is still really crisp and clear. I like the touchscreen aspect of it, even though i dont use it all that often. im mostly sitting down using the mouse and keyboard that come with this. Overall i like the keyboard. its rather light and the buttons feel nice while clicking away. The mouse on the other hand, id rather have a mouse that had the side buttons on it. just for curiosities sake i did try out some games on this machine. and it does do surprisingly well. i played a few games of fortnite, and my daughter has played roblox on this a couple of times. and there was no issue playing these online games. im not sure that it could handle much more than games like this. but for simple games it does really well. overall im really happy with this all in one pc. it is the first pc like this ive had, but i really have few complaints about it.

> 3 dayInitial startup required 5 forced restarts from freezing as well as several auto restarts (even without freezing each restart took about 4-5 minutes. Got it to not freeze for a day but ran incredibly slow to the point of not being usable. Day 2 it just froze up and would freeze immediately starting up after a restart. Returned for a different brand

> 3 dayI would not trust this seller. As is the problem with a lot of Amazon products these days, the Computer had already been opened and returned once. After I decide I was going to go ahead a keep it. I put it together and found out why it was retuned the first time. The mouse and keyboard didnt work. There was nothing in their description that said this would be an open box or a second and I paid full price. Now Im going to waste more time boxing it back up and returning it again.

12-11-2024The computer arrived with a keyboard and mouse with a missing part and neither of which work. Wrote seller twice and received no response. Logging is on is a constant problem because input into the password box is not allowed or the system is just frozen. Scanning to the HP printer is constantly problematic and requires removing and reinstalling the printer over and over. Windows automatic updates are enabled but do not happen automatically causing various problems. The screen resolution is not good, okay for graphics but very poor for text. Both the seller and Dell have failed with this sale and the functionality of the system. Just checked return date to see that I have missed it by ten days. Very disappointed.
