I like this laptop, but for what ever reason if youre not looking pretty much straight down at the key pads, its difficult to seethe letters. Second, it wont recognize my external speakers, which is a real bummer because I love music. Overall its a good laptop it should serve me well for many years.

Experienced a a Microsoft Scam one day after delivery. Related to When I purchased the computer it was to have Security Hardware on it. Did not per the scammer. Needed to send $99.95 to get the refund from Microsoft. Hah! Not sure why this would happen immediately after delivered. I was not on new computer. So scammer did not know Do not want anything possibly associated to this experience. Very disconcerting. RATINGS NOT RELATED TO THE PRODUCT - BUT required in order to post this information.

Im very happy with my purchase! This laptop meets all of my needs so far. The shipping was quick and the packaging was great.

I did not discover until I got through setup that this machine has Windows 11 Home installed, not Windows 10 as advertised. That matters because Windows 11 may not work with some of my legacy apps on a hardware platform as limited as this. There was NO indication on the box or the machine itself as to which version was installed. It even arrived without ANY paperwork inside the box, not even a rudimentary setup guide. Also, the product description page shows a 500 GB HDD in the specs (twice, plus in answer to a user question); and there is clearly no mechanical drive in the unit, only the 128 GB flash drive. For the price I did not expect miracles, but I did expect to not be so flagrantly misled about I would be receiving.

Ok its my fault for not reading everything about this laptop but damn. I feel like I went back in time to windows 98. This thing is so slow. I bought it as a gift for my grandson and boy does it disappoint. I thought I read it had an extra storage drive 500gb but nope. And where did they find a celeron processor?!?! I’m going to have to eat this one and buy him another. From someone that has CLEAR specifications. Not impressed Amazon!
