I bought this laptop in may 2019 and now Suddenly wifi and bluetooth vanished from this. I tried everything and contacted amazon, I am very disappointed in the service i received on the issue. It is supplied by third party seller, but they are refusing to help. Amazon keeps directing me back to them. Dell is not helping either, after a 2 hour call, dell support realized that it is a software issue which is not covered in the warranty. To sum up, my laptop is still not fixed and i am doing all this from past two weeks. So beware buying electronics from amazon which is sold by third party seller.

Not what was advised, slow sluggish and a joke... stops charging periodically and the screen shuts down out of no where, takes more then 5 minutes to start up... an the seller is not willing to help or solve any problems with the device return or exchange

I literally have shopped all over the place for this laptop and its finally mine. I love the big screen. I have been using a MacBook Pro for the past six years and was a little antsy about returning to a PC. My entire team is on a PC so I had to join them. I dont regret the reunion with Dell.

The motherboard died at 8 months, I was told to send it in for repair and that they would back up my memory. They did not back up anything they lost my computer for a couple of months they finally returned my computer to me and already took all the data out of it which I was going to back up it is never been repaired and now they say it’s out of warranty but I know I paid for three years warranty. So I would never buy this I’ve been through hell several several phone calls begging with them to find my computer them Being rude to me because they don’t know what they’re doing there and now I have this computer that’s already been taken apart the data is gone so I can’t even restore my pictures my information nothing I can’t get a hold of anyone to do anything about it if anyone knows any way I can talk to an actual life person that understands English please let me know

Pleased with the computer, pretty easy to use, great size of screen, love that you can twist and convert it as a tablet.

I bought this laptop exactly a year ago today, but until now the memory card reader has been unusable. I inserted different memory cards but none of them were detected/read. Did research online about what could the problem be but since I am not really a techie, I could only go so far. The device manager does not show any driver for the Realtek Card Reader ( which this laptop is supposed to have, as shown in the Dell Support website), and though I tried several times to download the driver from the support site, nothing ever showed in the Device Manager. Another method I used from the online support site is to have it specifically detect the driver, but again No driver detected! Could it be that the driver was installed somewhere else inside the laptop? Possibly. But hey, as a customer, why would I be handed this headache when I paid the full amount they asked? Why ship this unit without making sure that everything was working? I suspect that this is a renewed unit and maybe when theyre refurbishing this, they incorrectly attached the physical memory card port. I wish I knew the right answer to this. One more thing, the specs re the hard drive is confusing. I thought I was getting a laptop with an SSD drive along with the 1TB HDD. Checking the device manager, I realized that no SSD was included. The seller wasnt clearly up front with what were excluded compared to those new units sold from Dell itself.
