My 2016 Dell Inspiron was slowly dying. I could no longer get support on it....and finally I got a new one here last month from Amazon. This one is good. Windows 11 is a learning curve...but getting there. I had to buy a new printer/scanner/copier too....so I had an IT guy come and hook everything up and make them all talk to each other. Seems good. I barely ever moved the old laptop....its my work/office set up with a remote bigger monitor and wireless keyboard, so I think this one will just sit in my office too...but it is nice that it is a laptop if I ever DO have to take it on the road with me. I suppose its just my history....but Ive had good luck with Dell and this one I hope will be the same.

An awesome product.

I’m really disappointed at how sluggish this thing is. Even after removing all the bloatware (and good grief…why are we still doing this?). Spend the extra money to go a step up. I can’t figure out what’s even using up all the CPU processor, but it’s almost always running at 100%. I’ll be saving up for something better. I suggest you do the same.

Great computer for the money. What I wish it had (that i meant to look for and did not look for) was a backlit keyboard and a built in camera block slide. Other than that it is great. Quick, easy to set up, huge hard drive. Will do everything I need it to do.

Got the lap top for my husband. We always bought Dell. My husband loved it. I had bought a cheap HP with hardley any storedge. My husband did not like the HP. It would of cost more $$$$ to repair his 17 and get all the new software that is needed. The new one is so so much lighter and what he does with the lap top has so much storedge and memory hell never run out.

The browser (Microsoft Edge) is broken, and you cant install it from Microsoft store.

Good performance for office work

For the price, it is an amazing little latop!! Love the size and the capacity, ram and storage!! Its great for working from home, in the park or in the office or in the airport. Its Perfect! Very good for the money

This was a good price I think and works fine now. It comes with no ability to connect to the internet. No big deal if you happen to be able to use another device to go to the Dell site, download what you need on a thumb drive and upload to this computer. I did not and had to get a buddy that lives about 30 miles away to do it (I live rurally). Now, why isnt tjat done at the factory?
