I normally build our PC’s, it just doesn’t make sense to do so right now with video cards costing so much otherwise. I ordered this PC and it must have been marked down considerably as I only paid 1.1k. It arrived in really good condition with all parts advertised. I have not had a chance to plug it in as this is a gift for my wife but the box was not beat up and all the parts are in place, all cords and the gpu seem to be fully connected. It came with evga gear across the bored and a asus mobo and a cooler master cpu cooler. This looks like something we can upgrade as time goes. I will update this review once I try and turn it on but so far this is definitely 5 stars!

I received my computer today and upon opening the box I noticed it was missing one stick of DRAM. I communicated with Cyberpower and they rectified the issue. I am a happy camper. Computer is awesome. Love it.

Its a good computer if youre not planning on upgrading any parts.

I ordered this computer exactly a year ago. It said it was Windows 10 but it arrived with Windows 11. I have had trouble with it from the beginning. Now I am getting messages from Microsoft saying that I had installed Windows 11 on a machine that is not right for it. I didnt install it. It was shipped that way. I am being told that I will not be able to update, etc. with this OS on the machine. Amazon needs to be aware that these people dont know what they are doing. It was advertised a year ago as having Windows 10, which is why I bought it. I cannot recomend that anyone else purchase it.

It is taking me a minute to learn how to use this tower, but so far I love it. The longest part is learning all the security features to get into most of my stuff.
