Crystal Whiskey Glass, Set of 6, Clear, 6 Pack

These are nice little glasses for whiskey, they are definitely a popular mainstay for avid whiskey drinkers and after using them I can see why, the glass looks nice and the shape helps push the scents and aromas up to the nose. These Glencairn Crystal Whiskey Glasses are perfect for nearly all types of whiskeys and I think in most cases they would make for a great gift to nearly any avid drinker.

I didn’t actually receive the package because it was delivered to someone else in error. However, I was able to buy the same glasses at World Market so can confidentially write a review about the glasses. They are very nice and perfect for a whiskey or bourbon lover. I wish I would have received this set as it was a better price (I had to pay $9.95 per glass at WM), but it was for Christmas and I could wait for a replacement that would arrive after Christmas.

These cost at least 20% more in retail stores. Ordering them with free Prime shipping was a no brainer. At least one review said they were poor quality. Mine were flawless. The perfect size and shape for an evening sip of my Slane Irish Whiskey. Just one rock please:) Mine arrived overnight (a very nice surprise). They are made in the EU. I like that. I will order more to some have on stock for gifts. Cheers!

After seeing these glasses on The Whisky Vault YouTube channel, I decided to purchase a set. I had been drinking out of a standard rocks glass for years. The glassware is very high quality and a pleasure to hold. I bought these expecting to just improve the enjoyment of the smell of the whisky. However, I was surprise by how much the flavor intensified, and not just the nose. My guess is that this is due to both the more intense smell created by the tulip shape, and the smaller mouth of the glass. If you are a whisky drinker and dont have a set of these, you really are missing out.

These are nice glasses and perfect for whisky, but beware that the glass at the rim is unusually thin and delicate. We broke one accidentally with very little force. Use with care.

I just got into whiskey and all the reddit pics in /r/whiskey showed these neat glasses. Well I ordered a set and can say they make sense. First, I it makes it real easy to get the pour I want. Second, a specialized whiskey glass makes it look like I know what I am doing. Third, it concentrates the dram’s aromas so you get a good sense of the nose...... All the pretention aside these are great whiskey glasses.

Indeed, the lower bowl gives a clear display of the color of the whisky and the nose is nicely funneled through the narrower neck. The glass was a little smaller than I expected but I am very happy with it. Could be difficult if you drink with lots of ice but since I use a “splash” it is no problem.

Do you drink whisky out of a glass? This is a glass that you can drink whisky out of! Perhaps Im not as sophisticated as some whisky drinkers, but my whisky all smells and tastes the same no matter what glass I drink it from. The Glenlivet smells and tastes the same out of this glass as it does out of the high balls glasses I typically use. Its a very nice glass that makes you look like you know something about whisky. But, honestly, if you enjoy it out of this glass, youll enjoy it out of any glass.
