My kit was defective. After going through a process of having to verify the RAM as defective, answer a bunch of questions and taking pictures, Im forced to send the defective RAM back on my own dime before they will issue a refund. I suspect this is the norm for non prime transactions, but something about having to pay to return something that was clearly sent defective, irks me. When they get it back and can verify it is indeed defective, they should refund my shipping costs as well.

It works, was easy to install and my computer recognized it right way. I now definitely have 32 GB of RAM. I dont really know how to test the speed or anything like that but Ive had no issues so far.

The guy in the video is hilarious because he gets it done by figuring it out on the spot. He calls the SSD a hard drive and says he has 16gb when he has 12gb. Loved it.
