> 3 dayCrucial has software on their website that scans your computer to check compatibility. Yet it doesnt show this specific memory as compatible with my ThinkPad P51. I can confirm that it is compatible. I ran HWinfo and also the Windows10 Memory Diagnotic to check that everything is working fine. Also would like to point out that on the P51, the OEM RAM (Samsung) is under the keyboard and you need to install the 2nd stick of RAM under the keyboard for Dual Channel. The P51 has 4 memory slots, 2 under keyboard and 2 under bottom (max of 64GB). Dual Channel helps with performance, and maybe onboard graphics too (I havent tested).
