> 24 hourThese solo bands are great & I love the colors but rarely wear them because getting them on & off is a hassle, both on the watch & my wrist. I had to get the smallest size - it fits well once its on but difficult to get on over my hand as its tiny & has little give. (Course if it did, itd stretch too much probably.) Ill wear them every once in a while, when theyre the perfect accessory but prefer the adjustable mesh metal bands for everday use.
