> 24 hourThis is my first creative grids rulers but will definitely not be the last. The marks are thin and easy to line up with seams or other marks and works great on light or dark fabric.

> 24 hourI purchased this ruler because Im in a beginning Quilting Class. I l have tried other rulers, however, I prefer Creative Grids durability and clear plastic opposed to rulers that are yellow or green! The dark colors on the other rulers make it hard for me to measure, they actually give me a headache!

> 24 hourI recently started quilting and the ladies from my quilting club advised what size rulers to purchase. I bought all three that were recommended but I only bought this 12.5 x 12.5 from Creative Grids . . . I wish now that I had bought all Creative Grids quilting rulers. When I use this it doesnt move. When I use the others, they slide no matter how hard I press so I always have to be more careful when cutting my fabric. I put the 6.5 square and the 6.5 x 24.5 rulers on my Christmas wish list. Im looking forward to getting rid of the other rulers I bought. Cutting is not my favorite part of quilting so having rulers that make the job easier is very important to me.

> 24 hourCreative Grids are my favorite ruler company because the lines and numbers are black, thin and easy to see. These rulers stay in place better than my previous brand because they have added a rough surface dot to areas on the back of the ruler to prevent sliding. I have replaced all of my rulers with Creative Grids. The company also has an almost endless supply of different sizes and shapes including those needed for ruler quilting.

> 24 hourCreative Grids has small lines for greater accuracy, and its hash-marked all along so you can line up multiple places on the cut line. This can cut small squares up to 12 1/2 inch without moving the ruler. I ruined a lot of large squares trying to move the ruler to finish my cut - Im a new quilter. This will eliminate that. Plus it has the non-slip rough spots that help hold it to the fabric while you cut. Best brand to use. And they recommend using the same manufacturer for all cuts once you start a pattern.
