So, we have a child with sensory issues. He has a particularly hard time with loud noises. The shrieking noise that normal strapping tape makes when taping up boxes sets my teeth on edge and is virtually unbearable for our kid. So we bought this tape thinking that if it was even marginally more quiet, it would be worth it. Well, it is nearly silent, just as advertised. We love it! It makes packing more tolerable for my son and honestly for me too. I didnt realize how much that sound was grating on my nerves! This tape also seems to have good adhesion. We havent noticed any difference in stickiness or holding ability versus the tape we were using. If anything, the fact that this tape is thicker and sturdier makes it easier to handle, because it doesnt bunch up on itself as easily. I would highly recommend this product!

This tape is “quiet”, which sounds funny but, it’s true. Very smooth when pulled and adheres well. Perfect for my needs. Will purchase again.

I keep my tape in room temperature not to hot or cold it leaves spots when I apply the tape doesn’t stick to my shipping boxes to well as described to my I just started to use it I like the quietness but to happy with adhesive to the box

I do really like this tape a lot its a little thicker then most standard packing tape making it much easier to use it doesnt rip easily and its very easy to find the end of your not using one of the dispensers all in all I would definitely recommend is to others and i have every intention of purchasing it again as long as it stays affordable

These rolls are a good value. The tape is plenty thick and peels off the roll easily. The tape doesn’t splinter as you unroll it like with some other budget brands. The peeling is quiet. It sticks well enough although the most popular name brand does stick better. If saving money is important to you, then you’ll likely find that these are perfectly acceptable rolls for packing stuff from home for shipping. Professional/frequent shippers might want something with a little more stickiness.

I ship a lot of stuff, so I go through a lot of tape. This is a good deal for the quantity and price. But it’s very thin, and isn’t that sticky. It is quiet which is nice, but I would prefer loud tape if it sticks better. Just my honest opinion when I use tape all day every day.

I didnt particularly notice when I was doing it, but I eventually found some noise free tape which kept the nerves of family members from fraying. Even after I stopped selling online I continued to purchase quiet tape for packages I mailed. It was more expensive, but everyone in the family appreciated it even though they didnt know the cost. When this tape arrived I was very impressed with the quality and the lack of noise. I did not know the price until I looked at the Amazon page. I am surprised that as of this date it is so reasonable in price. I was paying at least 35% more for the tape I was buying. This packing tape adheres nicely, but I have never owned a packing tape that didnt. They all seem to get that right. I would definitely buy this tape again, but this will last me a long time.

This is my first experience at silent packing tape. Compared to other brands it does produce less noise when being unrolled - however if you use a tape gun or handheld tape dispenser you wont notice any difference. The tape itself is satisfactory. It is not as thick or strong as brand names like Scotch or 3M. Being about half the price of those brands, it provides acceptable performance.
