I was very pleased with these and I would absolutely recommend them. I purchased these strictly to add more lighting to my rig. I will eventually add more ram but this is a great placeholder until then. They are exact replicas and mimic the RGB lighting perfectly in unison with my actual ram.

Literally 0GB RAM, looks and installs the same as actual RAM, but with no RAM chips on the pcb.

These are great if you want to finish off your build without spending £100 plus on additional RAM. It works with the QUE software required to control the RGB features of these modules. They are a little expensive considering theyre just RGB and serve no other purpose. Still cheaper than 16GB of ram if youre only concerned about visuals and not performance.

Works as intended. All of my ram slots are filled and having no problems whatsoever!

It has beautiful mods

Right let’s start with saying these look great, But there’s one issue I’ve managed to now solve. I could not get my 16gb set of ram to work at the correct speed of 3200mhz. I tried everything I could think of to get them to work and they never would. Turns out it was this kit, as soon as I took it out and applied the xmp profile it worked straight away, put the kit back in and it wouldn’t boot. To sum it up if you want to run your ram at the correct speed then don’t get this kit, but if you’re all about looks over performance than by all means get it.

Ich habe das Kit in Verbindung mit 2 echten Ram-Modulen (siehe andere Rezension) gekauft und es macht das, was es machen soll. Allerdings gibt es Probleme mit der iCue Software von Corsair, weder die Fake-Module noch die echten Ram-Bausteine werden erkannt. Es scheint hier wohl diverse Inkompatibilitäten zwischen der Software und bestimmten BIOS-Varianten zu geben, im Netz wird hierüber bereits ausführlich berichtet. Für mich ist das nicht so tragisch, da ich die Module über eine Software des Mainboard-Herstellers MSI ansteuern kann. Aber die Funkionen der Corsair-Software wären umfangreicher. Da diese Software aber bei mir nicht funktioniert, einen Stern Abzug. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden und die Module leuchten einheitlich und sehr hell, ein toller Hingucker in einem Gehäuse mit Fenster.
