> 24 hourTrying to upgrade my b550f/3700x setup has been nightmarish due to RANK. The 3700x cannot handle more than 4 RANKS. I was trying to get 4 sticks of 16gb but all are dual rank which equals 8 ranks total. No good for 3700x! Just went with a two pack of G. Skill trident Z 32gb/ea.

> 24 hourSo I don’t know what happend but the sticks are ment to be 3600 but they were showing as 1800 but in bios they were showing 3600 so I guess my motherboard is broken or something I’m gonna buy another pair and see if that does the trick but if it doesn’t then I guess my motherboard is broken or something

> 24 hourbut that’s all. couldn’t get my system to post with these sticks set past 2133mhz. AMD Ryzen 5 2600x cpu. returned these and bought gskill trident z ram which ended up working immediately and was happy to run at the advertised 3600mhz.

> 24 hourLike most corsair products, this requires their terrible iCue software to control the RGB. Unfortunately this means that every couple days the lighting will completely break or freeze, forcing you to AT BEST restart your PC, and more likely force a re-update of the firmware.

> 24 hourI dont believe these are Samsung B-Die, but thats not much of a huge deal for me. Running on a 3-year old system: Asus ROG Maximus Hero X (Wi-Fi/AC) motherboard, Intel i7 8700k overclocked to 4.8 GHz, ROG Strix 1080 TI 11G. No issues getting the RAM to its advertised 3200 MHz, though I recommend inputting proper timing manually (for me, it was 16-20-20-38), as using XMP profile for me kept using different timing, but most shouldnt have a problem using it. RGB looks nice, but requires iCue if you wish to customize it. I believe you still need iCue, if you wish to change the color and pattern with a different program. I use iCue to change colors/pattern, but hasnt given me any issues, in regards to how much it uses in resources.

> 24 hourGood performance and very bright sticks. Huge amount of control when you install the iCUE software.
