Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16 LED Desktop Memory - Black

Its been a while since I built my last PC. I expected to plug these in and get the rated 3200Mhz speed with no further effort. However, you actually have to overclock these from the bios settings to get them up to the 3200MHZ mark. These easiest way to do this to enable the XMP profile (pretty easy on a Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 motherboard) . However, for me plating Battlefield 4 and 5 would result in a crash to desktop after a couple of minutes gaming. After researching a few web pages I found that people had this occur when they overclocked their memory - but surely I was just running at the rated XMP speeds? I decided to run memtest86 and sure enough, the memory would fail tests at the settings provided in the XMP profile! I had to tweak the settings, notably increasing the Trc setting from 54 to 56 to get it to run stable. Bit of a pain.

Got this on sale over the holidays else I wouldnt recommend. Great speed and quantity for that price. RGB isnt necessary but works as expected. No issues out of the box.

So I got these for my build and had a little problem that I havent seen mentioned.

Cabe también resaltar que relalice el pedido internacional para que llegará a Colombia y llego todo súper rápido y sin ningún problema
