> 3 dayAs per title this RAM works on the xps17 L702x model with 2 slots. Dell will tell you they support max of 8GB (2x4), but clearly their customer service is not that knowledgeable (To their defence they shift a lot of configurations).

> 3 dayI have used these modules in my laptop for more than a year and have had no trouble with them whatsoever. The price was good and the quality excellent.

> 3 dayUnfortunately, I didnt notice that my laptop uses 1.35v sticks. These are 1.5v. No matter, a good friend was more then happy to buy these from me for his Toshiba. Such a well know name leads this product. M2y friend is elated. His laptop is much faster. He saved some bucks and I made a couple. Recommend this memory

> 3 dayIt works and at this point no problem at all. My computer is not working faster but is more fluent in moments where there are tough gaps in memory usage (like Adobe Lightroom and Skype at the same time). So Im fully satisfied.

01-11-2024I bought this and all the literature I read including from Apple stated this would word with my 2010 MacBook pro. It did not so I wasted the 97$ I paid for it.

> 3 dayThe first set of sticks sent to me was bad. Well, one of them were according to memtest on my Late 2011 Macbook Pro. So I initiated an exchange with Amazon and I had my second set of sticks in two days! (I Love Amazon). I installed the two sticks, ran memtest in single user mode on my Macbook. (hold down CMD+S during bootup before the chime). You have to install memtest first. Just google it. So, I ran it 3 times. I ran (memtest all -L 3) It runs the test 3 times to let the computer and RAM heat up, some errors might not show up unless the computer is at higher operating temps. They all came back normal as the old 2 sticks came back with an error within 3 minutes. Macbook has been cruising ever since with no lockups or kernel dumps. I had 8 GIG of Corsair before this and never had a problem with that either. Cant go wrong with this kit. I had bad luck with a bad batch initially but this wasnt first time nor will it be the last. Thank the goddess for Amazons amazing return policies.
