took the old 1333 ram out of my laptop, tossed this in, changed a few settings in BIOs (not necessary though) and runs flawlessly since day one, buy it if youre in the market for some excellent ram at a very reasonable price

Without fail, whenever I order something from Corsair it is defective, but after a free replacement it works fine. Too bad they cant seem to deliver a great product the first time. This RAM was no different. But yeah, the replacment works fine!

Ich habe mit 2 8GB Module für mein Notebook (Core i5 2320M) gekauft, um ausreichend Ram für Premiere, Photoshop und Publisher zu haben. Eingebaut, angeschaltet und nie ein Problem gehabt. Windows lauft genauso schnell, wie mit 8 GB. Nur wenn die Projekte in Premiere größer werden, dann ist der Speicher gut ausgelastet und die 16 GB sind nötig. Ich mache das alles nur als Hobby. Semipros und Pros bei der Videobearbeitung werden natürlich mehr Speicher brauchen.

I purchased this as an upgrade to my wifes macbook pro. While this doubled the memory capacity of her notebook, it only lasted about a year and a couple of months until one of the sticks failed. took me a while to isolate the problem, but i was able to confirm that both dimms (the slots they plugs into) work fine by testing them each individually with the remaining stick.

I Needed to upgrade my Mac Mini (Late 2012 i5 2.5 Ghz), so i decided to go with this kit and a Samsung 840 Evo SSD. The memory install was the easiest part of the job and the Mac Mini recognised the memories right away. The performance gain is more obvious when your are using 64 bits applications like the new Chrome Web Browser and video editing apps like Final Cut Pro X wich i use a lot. So This was a great purchase im happy with it. :D
