Huge increase in boost noticeably. I Still need to grab a NVMe M.2 from Samsung perhaps when black friday comes the Evo Plus 2TB will be on-sale. I have a 1TB hybrid drive which allows me 8GB app startups and helps. Still Ive been spoiled by my old work laptop with AHCI and M.2 PCIe slot it was unparalleled power and it had 16 GB of Ram. SATA is a past thing we can move on from now. Energy consumed and conserved is the key and cooling ability. This 32GB of RAM will help me keep my laptop longer for sure and by me time till the 970 EVO Plus drops or hell by then I might go for the next gen M.2. This particular laptop 7576 has Nvidia GTX 1050 4GB graphics and a 630 Intel Graphics on a 7th Gen i5 Kaby Lake processor. It certainly gets the job done on 8GB, but the 32GB is a huge boost now, rendering video and creator of content I can run adobe programs smoothly and also game, code, dual boot kali linux etc...

3 years of use and still going strong. Definitely a wise investment if you run your computer as hard as it can go. Never experienced a RAM failure with these and my schoolwork and video editing endeavors are safe for the time being.

I thought Id max out the machine (2012 iMac) with 32 gb of ram, the i7 chip and an SSD it screams like a bitch.

After installing this memory, I feel my laptop became little slow. I think its mainly because of this RAM, but not 100 percent sure.I have powerful laptop, latest i7 processor, nvme ssd, 32GB RAM installed but still feel little slow when using multiple applications. This was not the case when I used inbuilt HP 8GB RAM. I would suggest its better to buy a HP or Samsung RAM.

La venia necesitando desde hace tiempo. Se nota mucho en el desempeno de mi laptop, y sobre todo por las tareas demandantes que necesito para mi trabajo. Y como es solo 1 slot el que ocupa, en algun momento puedo agregar otra para tener 32 GB.

One of the memories dont work, I tried in 5 different laptops. The other one works fine. In the end I got only 4gb!

About a year ago I purchased a mid-2012 MacBook Pro with only 4GB of RAM. It was my first MacBook and I was hoping 4GB would be enough. It worked okay for awhile, but started to get fairly slow. I was pretty frustrated, as we all know that Macs are not cheap. I as able to surf the web and do what was needed, but there was a noticeable lag in opening programs. After some internet searching, I decided to upgrade the RAM. This set had good reviews so I took the plunge. It was pretty easy to swap the RAM. After removing the screws and the back case, its as simple and popping out the old RAM, inserting the new, replace cover, and boot up. The new RAM was immediately recognized. The Mac is blazing fast now and I couldnt be happier. My next step is moving to an SSD, but now with the RAM boost, this can wait. For those on the fence, Id go right for 16GB instead of 8. The different in cost wasnt much.
