> 24 hourI purchased the memory modules to upgrade my Toshiba P55t-A5202. The memory did not work, my laptop would not even boot up. According to a technician I spoke to, some laptops can be real finicky about the brand of memory used. The technician actually recommends “Corsair” or “Kingston”. I personally tried Corsair, PNY, and Patriot to no avail, I just ordered Kingston hoping that will work.

> 24 hourMac Mini 2010 DDR1600/[email protected]/CAS 10-10-10-27 did not work. Tried every combination with original OEM 1GB stick combination, different slots, never worked. NOTE Crucial DDR1333/[email protected]/CAS 9 8Gb (2x4Gb) WORKED! But other brands like Samsung, SK, Hynix, Nanya DDR1333 1.5v/CAS 9 did NOT work!! Some believe it may be a voltage issue, some believe it is a latency timing issue, others feel that it may be a size/frequency combination.
