I bought this to troubleshoot an issue with my PC losing power unexpectedly. Sure enough, the problem went away with the new supply. It also solved an occasional freeze issue that I would see in certain VR games, which I think had something to do with inconsistent supply rails to the graphics card (I found some forum threads discussing it). RMx is one of Corsairs higher-end PSU lines.

So quiet because the fan doesnt even run most of the time. Even when it does, it adds little to no additional noise. However, beware because the cables are pretty stiff. SATA power connectors were right angle connectors so it gave me some difficulty with positioning RGB hubs. The 24 pin cable pins looked bent slightly and made quite difficult plugging it into the motherboard. I will not enjoy trying to unplug it.

I am absolutely livid with this piece of junk i ordered this stupid psu and installed it and everything was working fine but guess what i was stuck in bios couldnt enter windows. I come home to trouble shoot my pc one again after spending probably like 8 hours trying to fix it to find out this psu fried every component of my computer almost. So now im struggling with my pc and have to blow 1900 dollars on a new one what a ripoff and all because of corsairs piece of trash 1 stars wont be buying again it was terrible.

I like Corsairs products, they are easy and straightforward. This one does the job just nicely. And the cable management is super easy as it is modular, I only plugged in the cables I needed to use. Cable selection is also plentiful. Had everything I needed for 5 drives and a 2x 8 Pin PCI for a 3080 FE. Good stuff.

I replaced the PSU in my computer to get it to a Gold rating minimum. I barely can hear this thing working and my games all run smoothly. I was recommended this brand by a friend and I have to say I am impressed.

Good power, low noise, what else could you ask for? I built my mom a liquid cooled 64GB Linux monster so she can play solitaire with the best of them!!!
