Nice large light weight bowl for soups, salads, stews, etc. Useful for several things.

They stack very well, if you have little room in your kitchen that room is handy to have. Very easy to clean. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists so I like how light they are to hang on to. Most of my place settings and serving dishes are Corelle.

Great for veggies & soup & side dishes !

Like many people, I use these for everything from breakfast cerial to soup to mashed potatos. I needed more than I had-- they were always in the dishwasher. It took a few tries before I found that I wanted 1 quart serving bowls (determining the capacity of a bowl is confusing - is it full to the top, 1/2 below the rim, or what?). These bowls are smoothly styled, and since they are pure white, they can be used with virtually any dish pattern.

I use these quite a bit and the lids add an extra use of course. Really like them.

It was really nice to see I could order a few extra bowls to go with my Correlle set.

We use these all the time soups stir-fry veggy bowls salads just the right size to serve side dishes too

These are a great size - perfect for a large dinner salad, pasta, rice with lentils, etc. They clean up easily and are lightweight and easy to hold while watching tv. I do think that they are too expensive though.
