> 3 dayI purchased this product on 10/03/2022 and have used it everyday since. This is a great buy. I have cats and they always leave hair and food and scratch pad cardboard around, so I ordered this mainly to clean up after them. But it has over time become my go to vacuum around the house. Its so slim it gets under practically everything. The head swivels making it easy to get into corners. It telescopes to get to high places or to make it easy for tall or short people to use. It has a crevice tool attachment. But best of all there is no cord! Its light, has three suction settings, I use high for rugs, medium for floors. It has a small canister to hold the dirt that only takes about five seconds to empty. Every so often I take the filter out and clean it (less than a minute). I dont have a big house, but I have used it a few times to vacuum the house and the battery never ran down. No cord, lightweight this thing is worth it. I highly recommend this.

Greater than one weekI have previously owned a cheap Eureka soft roller vacuum that we used daily to clean up our hardwood kitchen floor. With three boys under 6, crumbs and dirt are non stop. I dont need great battery since Im just doing a quick zip around our kitchen, dining and associated hallway but want good suction and a decent dirt bin storage. This thing has great suction on max setting but it uses so much battery on max i can barely finish the area before suction starts to wain. Additionally, the filter and storage are a pain. The filter is very easily clogged and hard to take out to clean and the dirt bin capacity is tiny. Plus, because of the design, opening the flap to empty it is cumbersome to ensure all the dirt goes into the trashcan and not on the floor (the lid opens away from the vacuum which knocks dirt back towards the vacuum and therefore on the floor, its hard to describe but it a pain!). With my old vacuum i would usually just take the bin off and dump it out rather than using the flap door but you cant with this one without taking the filters out with is a minimal pain. Equally frustrating from the whole tiny bin that doesnt empty easily is that you cant just take off the stick and suction a few larger items up with the base because the port for the base doesnt stick out proud of the motor so you cant actually suck anything up, you have to use an attachment and the one attachment that came with it sucks because the brush part doesnt stay back out of the way nor does it lock in place to use. last and most minor is the wall mount- it is tiny (and fragile) and doesnt hold any of the attachments, only the vacuum itself. I doubt it will last long since it is flimsy plastic either. Needless to say, i regret the purchase and am seriously considering returning it but i dont have the box and shipping will be a pain! I might upload pictures/videos later if i have time.

Greater than one weekThis vacuum is great for quick cleanups of my hardwood and tile floors. Charges fairly quickly. Easy to use on stairs and can get under furniture. The only negative is the dust cup is fairly small and may need to be emptied mid-cleaning. I have 3 cats, so thats not too surprising. I do find that since it is so easy to use, I am vacuuming more often!

> 3 dayI have both this vacuum and a Bissell Icon pet pro. This is by far a more superior vacuum. It has better suction, is lightweight, and has a longer lasting battery. In the Bissell, I like the easy clean filter and the light, but I have already had to replace my Bissell under warranty because the motor would not turn off and I had to leave it running until the battery died. I had only had it less than a year. I’ve had the Whall over 1 year and have had no issues. I also like the lower profile of the vacuum head as it fits under my cabinets easily, unlike the $300 Bissell. This is an excellent choice in stick vacuums. It’s a little tough to use on carpet, but if you have mostly hard floors and maybe a low profile rug it is easy to use and certainly more reliable and effective than the much more expensive Bissell Icon Pet.

> 3 dayThis is the first vacuum that I have owned that handles hair well. The hair we have to deal with is very fine, very long, and extremely strong. It brings most vacuums to their knees usually by wrapping it around the brush and entangling it at the bearings. This then becomes extremely difficult to remove. This vacuum by contrast does the job extremely well. The vast majority of the hair ends up in the canister, and only a small amount is left in the middle of the roller. That was very easy to remove. There was no entanglement with the bearings. When I thought about why we dont vacuum when we should, it was because the existing vacuums are bulky and tiresome to deal with. This one is easy and lightweight. It has turned out perfectly in that regard and now any small issue is dealt with straight away. The canister works well. Mostly easy to deal with. A little bit of hair is wrapped around the metal filter. If more collects up there, then easy to remove the filter and clear it off. The noise level on low is unlikely to bother anyone in the vicinity. The high speed might if they were close/watching TV, but it does produce noticeable increase in power. The low speed, though, work well enough most of the time. The small head is an asset. Easy to clear stairs and get around other spaces too. Another nice thing is the no musty-bag smell. It doesnt seem to matter how often you change them, or how good their hepa filters were supposed to be, most of the other vacuums had this problem. This has none of that problem. Given how complete and easy the cleaning is, I dont expect it to. The low points are on the fixture. As usual, the little screws and plugs are lightweight and better replaced with something more solid, preferably going into a stud. The low-voltage wire was too short for me. Many houses will have the power outside of the closet. I tried to extend the LV cable (there goes the warranty), but I did not have on hand a 12V extension with the same molding. But these are minor things overall. Overall, a big improvement over any of my previous vacuums.
