I love this corded stick vacuum. Sturdy and does the job on both hardwood and carpeted floors in my opinion and seems to be quieter as compared to other vacuums I owned. Also, the customer service is one of the best I ever came across for a seller on Amazon. This may be a newer company but in my opinion I say BUY HERE. Great price, Great product, and Excellent customer service who seem very concerned that you are happy with your purchase. Thank You Affoddon

So far so good, the price went down 4 days after i purchased it that is a bit annoying. But still worth what I paid for it. i would say it does as well and my $500 battery powered. And cleaning the filter and dumping the trash out is much easier than my other. I would recommend.

The motorized head stopped working because of an electrical problem the fifth time I used it. This has happened to other people. Amazon wont help because the vacuum is sold by a third party vendor and the vacuum failed after 30 days. Ill give an update if the vendor honors the warranty.

First I tried to contact seller to have them rectify the issue but they promised a resolution and didnt follow through. I used in my living room 13 x 10 feet for 8 minutes right out of box and it became extremely hot. Then started to smell of burning plastic. I checked everything to make sure nothing was clogged or any packaging was still on any part and everything was fine. I used it again the next day with same result after 5 minutes. Contacted seller who is aware of motor malfunction and said they could send me a replacement motor but non were in stock. They offered to send me a cordless version but I bought this one specifically for the cord. So they offered to send a replacement of this vacuum. I accepted the offer but a replacement never came. And my return window closed while waiting. I feel completely scammed by this seller- the suction wasnt impressive on my hardwood floors either. Do not buy.

Missing parts had to return and we will see
