Sulphites in food items will attach to copper. If you make something fermented, like wine, use the copper mesh to hold sulphites in the mesh and away from your liquid.

I had some ticking interference sounds on my left speaker and thought it was the nearby power panel on the wall. Turned out to be the homebase for my Eufy camera system. I couldnt have isolated the cause without proper shielding, and this stuff fit the bill. My plan was to either cover the speaker or drape it over the power panel. I ended up relocating the homebase, no more radio interference. Now I can use this material for other more fun crafty things. Its a nice mesh screen, has a good weight when you hold it, and you can see through it. Im going to make some cool lamps now. Oh, and if you do need a faraday enclosure, this stuff will work marvelously.

The mesh seems to be quite good.

It was to keep out mice but my dog chewed it within seconds so I doubt mice will have an issue.
