dishes are nice but too wide for my cat. She does not like to eat from them and leaves the food. they also are not good to use in the microwave.

My senior kitty loves it. It makes it easier to eat all her canned pate. I love it, as she no longer pushes it onto the floor, which, being a cat, makes it unacceptable for feline consumption.

Updated: Kitten is now 16 months old and these are the only bowls she likes. Turns out she did not have whisker fatigue but severe gingivitis (feral kitten problems). Either way, these are her preferred bowls. I dont have any food spills with them. They can be delicate. I lost control drying one and broke it in a two inch drop from my hands to the sink edge. She baulked at the provided bowls with the automatic feeder but accepted the feeder for use when I used these bowls, her favorites. Original: I have a 6 month old kitten (about 6 pounds for size reference) who has already had trouble with whisker fatigue. These bowls were delivered yesterday and Im pleased with them. The bowls are wide and shallow with an edge lip to keep food from slipping out. The kitten is already showing signs of less reluctance for this bowl and isnt dragging her food onto her placemat to eat, as has been her custom. Im hoping this is a long term solution for her. I can see she has plenty of room to eat without her whiskers touching the bowl. The bowls seem sturdy, are a good weight to stay in place, are easy to wash, and nest together for stacking.

I have tried a lot of bowls and this one is the best one I found. I use it for my little doge food bowl because they are messy eaters, and this is the best bowl ever. It keeps what ever you put in it in side. I LOVE it!!!

These cat dishes look great and so does the floor, as the food stays in the bowl.

Perfect size to avoid whisker fatigue. I am using this dish for food and water servings. Functions very well for both of these purposes. The dish is sturdy, appears well made, stable, and very easy to clean. My cat readily eats and drinks from these dishes which overall is the most important feature. Recommended.

I purchased the ceramic bowls to thwart the cat from spilling water. The bowls were not heavy enough to make any difference.

I was excited to give these bowls a try as I thought they would solve the problem of my cats knocking their dry food out of their dishes and also thought they would enjoy the wider, shallower dish design which is supposed to be more comfortable for cats to eat/drink from due to alleviating something called whisker fatigue. Unfortunately, both of my cats seem to prefer eating/drinking from their regular dishes. I have left both the old and new dishes out with food/water in both and the old dishes empty before these new dishes. I also am finding more food spilled out of these new dishes than with the old ones! These dishes are very nice looking and appear to be of good quality. My cats, for some reason, just dont seem to like this dish design.

The lip on this dish means sneaky bits of food make their way in, but we use them as wet food dishes for our dog and cat. Just be mindful of cleaning them.
