Started out crisp and clear - soon started to leak cartridge powder on all my pages. This gets on the roller and it is very hard to move forward after that - even with a new OEM cartridge. you have to have the right stuff to clean the heat roller and get the powder off. However, Company offered a credit if I changed my review - I did because they offered to replace order or provide an Amazon credit. No credit received. Changed my review back to poor!
