I have been using the Colgate brand for almost 5 years now and it’s my favorite. It leaves your teeth squeaky clean and your breath smelling fresh. It does not, however, so anything for whitening my teeth. Though I am a heavy coffee drinker so maybe that’s more of the problem. Colgate is a brand I trust!

Ive been using the gel version of this for years, but this was my first time trying the paste version. I drink a lot of tea (even more now that I work from home) and need a good whitening toothpaste to keep my teeth stain-free. Colgate Total Whitening has always done a great job for me, and the paste version is every bit as good as the gel. In general I think the paste has a lighter mouth-feel and foams more than the gel does and Im a fan.

This toothpaste came just like the picture shows. Couple of them came unglued during shipping. But none of them were damaged. I have used this toothpaste in the past. I do like the smell and taste. Keeps your mouth fresh after you brush your teeth. Best results in my opinion is with electric toothbrushes. I am not so sure about the whitening properties as I have not seen any real difference. I do recommend it.

Im an original Colgate user, so being able to try out Colgate Total Whitening looked pretty interesting. Positives: Colgate Total Whitening has a much more minty-fresh taste than regular Colgate which makes my teeth and breath feel really clean. Love how the tube is actually recyclable and hope Colgate rolls that out to all of their toothpaste. The active ingredient helps fight cavities, gingivitis, and sensitivity. Negatives: Im not a dentist, but pretty sure nowhere in the description does Colgate specifically say This toothpaste will whiten your teeth. Thats because there is no actual teeth whitening ingredients anywhere in the toothpaste (no hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide listed). For example, Crest White Strips include hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient for teeth whitening. This toothpaste doesnt have any of that. Overall, for $9.99/2pack this is still a great toothpaste and price point as long as you dont expect it to whiten your teeth, only to protect your teeth from cavities, gingivitis, and sensitivity.

I have been using Colgate Total off and on for a long time. These are just as good as ever. It has a nice flavor (dont eat it. :D) and my teeth feel really clean after using it. The price is great too and now my kids can have their own tube and STOP STEALING MINE! :)

The product is awesome and the price for two units can not be better even though the flavor could be better.

Box came sealed. I think this toothpaste is awesome because it does 8 jobs. Of course a bunch of them are to help your teeth/gum health but a couple of them are quality of life enhancers such as whitening and decreasing sensitivity. I used to smoke so I’m excited about the whitening and my teeth are sensitive to anything cold or hot so I’m excited about the sensitivity. I will be sure to come back and update once I’ve had time to use it for a extended amount of time. The smell, appearance and taste are exactly how I like my toothpaste. Great brand that I trust being innovators and I’m here for it.

Where I live it costs twice as much - such a deal!

I have used Colgate Total Whitening toothpaste many times over the past few years. It doesnt work miracles when it comes to whitening your teeth, but it does help if you keep using it. The flavor is pleasant and it includes fluoride. There isnt anything in particular that really sticks out about this toothpaste compared to other brands, but its a good all-purpose toothpaste that is suitable for most adults. Plus you know you can trust the quality of anything that Colgate makes.

It arrived, it wasn’t a mess, it cleans my teeth. All the things I look for in a toothpaste.
