I have been using this toothpaste for over a year. It turns out it can remove the coffee and tea stains on teeth if keep using it morning and night. It makes a little uncomfortable to use several days after the teeth cleaning. I usually wait several days until my teeth are not that sensitive. Love it and will continue using it.

I will only be able to use occasionally-as my gums & teeth are “super-duper-ly” sensitive… My mouth burns when I use this—(& for a few minute after I rinse).
