This really whitens teeth. I combine it with Colgate Total toothpaste, since Im not sure of its cavity-fighting properties.

Very disappointed that product looked old and expiration date 3 days away! Returning!

I could see results after the first brushing! This paste lathers up quite a bit so be sure to brush your teeth over the sink! You will have a whiter smile and a fresh mouth. The flavor is not spicy like some of the other whitening toothpastes.
