    I have to travel for work and am using a 2021 14 macbook pro. Since Ill be away from my office for long periods of time, I decided to get a second monitor so I wouldnt have to squeeze everything onto a 14 screen. Setup was easy, I can just use the provided USB C-USB C cable which powers the screen too. You might have to change some display settings (use Scaled 1920 x 1080) and not the default, and I selected another color profile since the default one seemed a bit washed out. Seems to work really well! This monitor is really flat and light, and the stand support is secure.

    I purchased this monitor to help me as I learn to code. It has been a nice experience. The build quality is solid, and the buttons are good. It comes with all the needed cords, and has a protective cover that’s magnetic. Update: The “free item” is hit or miss. They will send you an email saying that they will ship your free accessory, but…I’m still waiting.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
