    I used this as an extended monitor as I worked while abroad and couldnt have been happier. I had gotten a less expensive monitor first, but was not happy with the screens brightness. So I searched and searched reviews and chose this monitor and Im so glad I did! Its super light weight, easy to set up and the screen was almost as bright as my macbook pro monitor- it was perfect.

    This monitor works great as a second screen with my laptop. My only complaint is the USB-C to USB-C cord. Its faulty on one end, you have to hold the cord, it doesnt click into place.

    Great addition to a mobile office. Fits nicely in my computer bag. This screen packs a punch with brightness and clarity. Cocopar customer service is great! Dependent on screen orientation and computer port placement, a longer cord may be needed.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
