    I ordered this screen for when I travel and have to work from my laptop, having this extra monitor is winner winner, chicken dinner! It’s super thin, very responsive, and options allow you to adjust the brightness & volume. Speakers aren’t super loud but didn’t purchase for that reason so I have no issues with that, esp for the price! I’ve already planned to purchase for my team as well!

    Ive had this device for a couple months and it hasnt done me wrong. It has been sturdy and reliable, for the most part. Unfortunately, the sound quality and peak brightness is a lot to be desired. However, for the price range and portability, I am quite satisfied.

    Needed a monitor I could bring with me as I travel. This one fits perfect in my laptop bag. The stand feels a bit precarious but it stood very stable the whole day with no issues. Love that it comes with all sorts of cables for varying connection needs.

    I just needed to use the usb-c cable and it worked right away. Brightness and volume can be adjusted very easily on the left side.

    The monitor is lightweight and ultra thin. The picture is clear and it is very easy to set up and use. The only thing I don’t like about it is that Despite the fact that I have a brand new laptop and it was plugged into the wall, I had to plug it in to the wall. I was hoping to get by with the one small cord.

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
