    After comparing multiple external monitors, this one gave me the most bang for the buck. The quality is great and features like connecting to the phone and adjusting brightness were a plus. Definitely recommend using this if travelling.

    I have been very pleased with this monitor - it is lightweight, very easy to use, and comes with a protective case. Literally all you have to do is plug it into your computer and it functions just like any standard monitor!

    If i could give 10 stars, i would. As a software engineer that always on the move, having this monitor is a very convenient. Easy to setup with my Macbook, i dont need to plug it. It comes with a type c to type c usb connector. I love i could adjust the setting with ease. very well though of design.

    This monitor is perfect for my Nintendo Switch! Plug the included USB C cable to the bottom of the switch and it’s able to display with sound. (AC adapter needs to be plugged in) No more need for the bulky dock! Very good for a portable set-up.

    Using with a MacBook Pro – M1 Max(16-inch, 2021). This USB-C Portable Monitor display was dark and blurry. I am anything but a novice when it comes to working with display settings on a MacOs device, and I would have to say that this monitor is lacking in terms of meeting the standards for professional output.

    I plugged in cables into the monitor and it just worked. Thats great. But they do not provide a User Manual that can be downloaded.

    I am very happy with this screen. It took me awhile to find a screen I would like and after reading the reviews, I chose this one. I am obsessed. It is the perfect size, light, and thin. It is easy to use and the cover makes it easy to also use as the stand. I would definitely recommend!!

Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.

Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display

There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.

What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.

What should I do if my monitor flickers?

Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

Is this monitor a touchscreen?

No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
