This is to update my last review of one star to five stars. My initial monitor died before the two year warranty was up but I was unaware until customer service reached out to me and offered me a new monitor. I have posted a pic of the new unit. I am sooooo happy. Incredible customer service. They actually attempted to reach me twice before I responded. You cant beat that kind of service. Six Stars!!!!

Nicely built product. Good quality screen visuals. Plugs directly into my MacBook Pro just using USB-C, no other cables requires.

Update: I had the same issue as the guy who left a negative review. My screen started resetting itself too. But I found out the solution. The USB C cords look identical, theres no markings on them at all. The only difference is the length and thats only if you uncoil them and hang them side by side. The shorter cord goes into the 2nd USB C port and that is for the display. The longer USB C cord goes into the 1st C port, thats for the power. That fixed the issue, no more resetting or finickyness. You can move the devices around and nothing will reset. Im so happy to found this out. I was thinking why would a company give out such a good warranty if they didnt believe in their product. I will update again in 3 months if anything else arises. So far, everything is working good. I purchased this portable monitor to use with my phone mainly as I tend to have meetings all day at various times. I love watching movies and relaxing in between meetings in my car. This monitor may be the biggest portable monitor Ive ever owned, its massive compared to my 10.1 iPad. The larger it is, the more worrisome I was about screen quality but that was quickly relieved after powering this up and watching OITNB. As you can see in my photo the screen quality was great even at pre-caliberation right out of the box. After I calibrated it, it was even better. Theres menu button options on the side with various options at finding the perfect resolution that fits you. While Im not fond of the way the buttons work, theyre a bit hard to get used to, they do work. The settings wont save though, every time you power it on you will need to adjust them again which is a small inconvenience. The build quality is great, appears durable & solid. Its sleek & light weight despite its size, very easy to carry. It comes with all the cords you need for various devices such as phone, PS4, laptop, switch or your desktop. Theres also a charger brick so you can have some power assistance. I notice it charges my phone while Im watching a movie which is awesome. I was worried about it draining my phone but luckily theres a type C to Type C USB with brick for power. When its powered on, a display wont show until you add a display source IE your phone or laptop. It is a bit finicky though, I notice you do have to keep the USB cords in good condition and not moved around too much. Once I set the phone down and not let the cords be too bendy was able to watch movies all night. I do plan to contact customer support to see if its supposed to be finicky like this or not because Im worried about travel as I would like to use this for travel where moving around often is necessary. I hope it wont impact my ability to bring this on my travels. It comes with a nice slim case that allows it to stand up in landscape mode & protect the monitor. Theres also 2 screen protectors as well. Should customer care take care of the finicky issues and assure me traveling with this monitor is safe, I will update my review again and add back a star. I cant believe how beautiful the screen is and how bright it gets!

To start, these monitors are amazing. They are vivid, lightweight and durable. I travel at least a 2-4 weeks a quarter visiting my clients around the US and I needed the ability to have multiple screens without borrowing their equipment. The Cocopar portable monitor(s) travel very well in my right sized backpack and are easy to get through TSA. I have had these monitors since latter part of 2021 and they are working well. I received the 6 cable package last week and I highly recommend that, since the original cable are only 3 and a bit snug for a dual monitor setup. If you are considering a portable monitor, these are the best value for the quality and durability.

The product is pretty good. The touch screen function certainly adds a lot of value and is seamless. The colors are on point as well. It is worth the money.

Bought this for my kids Nintendo Switch Dock when we are traveling. Set up was simple and Im very impressed with the quality. It was exactly what I was looking for and very happy with the purchase. It came with all the cords too. The mini HD cord was clutch. Solid product.

Love the screen so far. In fact I liked it so much I bought my husband one too (15.6”). I got the screen for traveling. Testing it out right now on our road trip and it was immediate plug and play with the provided usb c. I have to adjust brightness each time but I think there is a fix in the Q& A, just haven’t gotten around to trying the fix yet. Real test will be our international trip this summer.

The lightweight design and slim profile of this external monitor make it incredibly portable. I can easily pack it in my laptop bag without adding significant bulk or weight. This feature has been a game changer for me, as I often work from different locations, and having a second screen while on the go has boosted my productivity immensely.

The monitor has very vibrant colors and crisp text. It can be very bright although I normally use it on number 5 which is the medium setting. It is an outstanding monitor for what I use it for, Office applications and Teleconferencing, No Games. I have used the monitor for about two months and it has been solid. It works with both of my laptops Lenovo T580 and a HP ZBook 17 G4. The initial monitor had a connection issue manifesting itself on the Lenovo. The connection between my laptop and the monitor would not always start properly. a) The indicator light is red. After disconnecting and reconnecting it eventually becomes blue and works. b) I get a This usb port may have limited functionality pop up when login in to the laptop. The message popped up whenever turning it on or when it woke from sleep. I did use the monitor for almost a month because I thought it was a issue with the Lenovo laptop, since it did not behave that way with my HP laptop. I emailed the customer support and they were very responsive suggesting a replacement My monitor was swapped out. I received the exchange the NEXT DAY from Amazon. The second monitor worked with no issues. No more usb messages !!!! I think it has different software. It was packaged slightly differently than the original monitor. ( a printed manual and sheet describing the ports was include.). Also the Amazon listing now uses the word Upgraded in the listing. I can note that when unplugging the monitor it can be helpful to wait about 30 seconds before plugging it back in. It may need time to know that it has been disconnected so it can reconnect. At least that how it works with the Lenovo T580. It is a nice monitor. It works fine off laptop power, although I use the external power anyway. My monitor does not travel so I expect it to last a long time. If looking for a 17 Portable monitor: 1) Nice Display 2) Excellent Customer Service 3) 3 Year Warranty or 4 Year Warranty with Review.
