UPDATE: went to their website, contacted them and they were absolutely wonderful and replaced it, The person I spoke with was super nice and took care of it immediately.... LOVE THIS FLOSS, and my dentist uses it at his office and highly recommended it. They also have a point system on their website ♥️ String would not come out of it and jammed so wasted money AND IF YOU GO TO THEIR SITE ON AMAZON THEY DONT EVEN OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONTACT INFORMATION Wich why, why would they not want to be contacted by customers and have that option haha?? I ordered a three pack of the coconut flavor And this is quite expensive floss and have to go to the trouble of returning one of them because it doesnt work maybe they should test these things because you cant even contact them about it!!

My go to floss is the Glide from the other guys because of how close my teeth are, even my dental hygienist has to put their weight into it 2x a year when I visit. I was very excited to get these and try them and let me just say ... they work and they do the job very well. However, getting the floss in between and out of my teeth was very difficult and a little painful and frustrating at times. Im going to pass these on to a family member or friend to have a good home, but if you have tight teeth, this may not be the floss for you.

I miss the old REACH woven floss that was not waxed or slippery. Slippery floss simply does not grab the crud as well. This one is still too slippery for my preference, but is the best woven Ive found lately. The only one ive found comparable is a thick charcoal floss. Even those are too slick, but Ive found if you wash it a couple times you can get rid of some of the slickness. crazy, I know.

My hygienist recommended Cocofloss and gave me a sample. I have now ordered several, and lreally ike how they clean much better between my teeth than the major brand floss. I do have one con, however, and it is that about 2 out of 4 of the packs result in its being hard to pull the floss out. And its tricky to open the holder itself, though once you figure it out, it is ok.

I really love the texture and flavor but they are a little too thick to get in between my teeth easily.

I was looking for a soft expanding when wet floss. This doesnt do that. Its too harsh on my gums. Does its job if this is the kind of floss you want.

I think this dental floss is best dental floss product ever and the best game changer I have found since the ultra sonic tooth brush. For me it took about a week to get used to the thicker floss but once past that my dental health has vastly improved due to really being able to get in between the teeth.

My dentist carries samples of this and gave them to me after one of my cleanings. The best thing about it is the natural ingredients and mild flavor. It really gets in between your teeth because of how thick it is, and catches things that regular floss is too thin to catch. My partner told me its like flossing with yarn or rope and that he hates it, so I guess its not for everyone. But I really think it does a thorough job. A clever bonus is a little diagram on the back of the floss dispenser that shows you how many months/weeks/ days until the package runs out.

This floss was special when it first came out... had a good amount of coconut coating (which is what the company raved about), it glided smoothly between your teeth, it was sturdy and didnt fall apart 1/4 way thru. In the past year its none of the above. Quality has diminished sadly so be aware!!

I dont know if it is just this unit, but the floss is very hard to pull out.
