> 3 dayI definitely did not realize that the original wipes were not compostable. These clean beautifully, just like the original, and are just as durable. I highly suggest these wipes!

> 3 dayVery gentle none of the harsh chemicals you find in cleaners/disinfectants. Easy on my hands and cleans just as good as Clorox wipes. Highly recommend if you have pets.

> 3 dayWeve been using the clorox disinfecting wipes for some time. These are supposed to be compostable so I decided to give them a try. They seem to clean surfaces as well as the disinfecting wipes, but although these smell the same clorox dont claim any disinfecting ability so dont get these for their germ killing abilities. That said, most of the breathless 99.9% germs killed! claims are pretty bogus themselves since that 0.1% is still a huge amount when youre talking stuff like salmonella or botulinum. I wouldnt rely on any of these household cleaners to do more than reduce bacteria by some degree, and virtually any cleaning product will do that. These wipes are made out of plant fiber and are therefore compostable. However, most public waste management companies tell you flat out not to put this sort of thing in the compost bins, even the compostable stuff, because they dont have the facilities to really handle it. Its only really compostable if youre doing your own composing, and only in very small quantities. Since its plant material thats not coated in bacteria killers even in a landfill it will eventually biodegrade so its still marginally better than the other type of sheet, but dont get this if you think youre going to save the planet by going green - if you wanted to do that youd be using soap, water and a washable cleaning rag instead of disposable cleaning products. The main reason to get this sort of thing is because its convenient and works pretty well to clean up small messes and leave the area smelling OK. At $18 (or $0.08/sheet) the price is pretty high but think about it as a convenience tax and that might be worth it, and its not as bad as the stuff that doesnt biodegrade.

> 3 dayI have a problem with fragrance. So I see something that says free and clear I assume it is free of fragrances, I got it and right there in the contents list it has fragrance in the list twice. Not free of fragrance, maybe not clear of chemicals.

> 3 dayClorox wipes work as well as ever - no surprises or letdowns. The multi-pack is a nice value, although the canister caps do have a tight orifice that can be difficult to pull the wipes through. Kind of nice that theres a bit of excess sanitizing liquid at the bottom which can be used with a plain cloth or paper towel.
