Received a broken bottle of soap and the only option for a refund or exchange required me to send the product back. It’s leaking everywhere I’m not sending it back. Not sure if the bottle was broken during shipment or prior to being shipped. The package it was shipped in was not damaged.

I like this product but the lid was put on facing the wrong way so when I got it the wash was all over in the packaging.

I ordered this for my nephew as a Christmas gift. Arrived on time as mentioned on the page. Very smooth on the skin!

No scent which is great and it got rid of my sons bumps from drooling and milk throw up

I love Cerave products but the lotion came cracked and had lotion all over. I was going to use this as a gift but I no longer can. I don’t see the point in sending it back since it’s broken and would take too much effort on my part, so I’m just going to throw them out. I was not given an option of a refund. Thanks a lot Amazon.
