> 24 hourWe have purchased Cashel many times in the past as the quality and fit are great. This Warmblood size fits our draft cross mare perfectly. (She is American Cream x Morgan). Mrs. T

> 24 hourWhy 4. stars? I only buy cashel fly mask they are great they stay on much better than other brands. They also are very well made and durable the truly are the only brand I buy now after years of trying other brands also at same time. My Horse has Headshaking syndrome and needs a mask on not for flys as much as the sun and wind. Bing actually bends his head down very Happy to put his mask on. I always buy long nose because of pollen getting in nose. I usually buy warmblood because it just seems to fit better. This is first time I bought one without ears, to be honest the price was so good and being winter, flys were not issue. So here is the problem I have with this one, the long nose is way to long, so long that when he eats it bends in half almost up to eyes! I don’t understand why it’s so much longer than others same brand with only difference being no ears.

> 24 hourThese are well made, fit well, and last a couple of seasons. Ive tried a lot of fly masks and these are my favorites. I have one mini that wears her cashel mask 24/7 year-round for health reasons (hers is not the long-nose), one pink-faced paint that wears the cashel long nose to keep from getting sunburn, and one ancient horse that wears the cashel with ears (not long nose) because hes the only one of my horses that gets scabs in his ears from the gnats. I like all the different cashel styles for different horse needs.

> 24 hourI like how it covers my daughters horses nose (who is prone to fly sores), but it can get pretty dirty since it is so long and touches the water in the trough, hay pile and ground.

> 24 hourIt’s a little heavier/coarser than I expected. A little long in the nose. Dirt gets trapped in the holes by moisture coming out of the nostril.

> 24 hourUpdate June 2017: Finally needing to order new ones almost a year later. My gelding took his off some where in the pasture and we just cant find it. And the elastic under the chin on my mares is finally shot. Otherwise, very little wear overall on the masks. Considering the abuse these masks took both from these two horses (theyve spent the last two months trying to take off each others masks every morning) and wear from being out in the pasture, these masks did great. Im ordering the same ones again now. --------------------------------------------------------------------- It fits my horses well and holds up nicely under normal pasture conditions. Ive seen some wear on the mask in the last month (2 months of total use) but they are grazing under the trees right now and that tends to shred other masks. I have the long nose version as my horses have wide blazes and tend to get sunburnt easily. Theyve only managed to get it off about once a week which is pretty good for my nudists. With the amount of wear in the last month, Im expecting to need to buy new ones at the start of next summer but will buy these again as they are the best Ive found.

> 24 hourMy gelding love his. Keeps fly off his face and keeps him cool during this heat in Houston! Very durable and easy to clean.

> 24 hourThis product was for my shire Sporthorse. He isn’t the most playful and had never ruined a fly mask up to this point. I purchased the Cashel WB for him as it has the UV protection and he has a bald face. Well, I loved it until it ripped at the seam 1.5 weeks after purchase. So, I bought another, thinking it was a fluke. Nope. Broke again, the same seam. So, I bought another just to make sure it was not him. The third fly mask ripped in the exact same spot. So, the seams of this fly mask aren’t very durable. It protected him from sunburns, but the product will rip if your horse doesn’t stand in a stall all day.
