The case itself is fine, but nothing is really secured inside. The pouch is the closest youll get, and it is not very tight to hold things in place. You basically put your stuff in here and zip it closed. Thats all well and great unless you keep bumping it, causing the button on the scanner to trigger and turn it on turn on. Best bet is to remove the battery between uses.

My homes circuit breaker labels are almost unintelligible which makes it hard to determine whats on each breaker. Im using this tool to determine what outlet, light is on which circuit. This tool will help me clean up the poorly written legend on my fuse panel.

The cost was low but the accuracy is not great. I have 2 panels in my home. I thought the circuit I was searching for was fed from the 2nd floor panel and the tone generator sang as though it was, but the feed actually came from the basement panel. It did sing down there too, but its accuracy isnt great.

This product works very well. I see some negative comments but I suspect the users are not following the simple directions provided by the manufacturer. You need to scan all the the breakers once to “calibrate” the scanner, after that it’s easy to find the circuit under test. I recommend.

I purchased the Klein Tools ET300 Circuit Breaker Finder and Klein Adapter/Accessories with the CaseSack Circuit Breaker Finder case. The breaker finder and accessories all fitted nicely in the case. I put all the instructions in the mesh pocket in the case as well to keep them save. This is a hard case with a fabric wrapping. The case comes with a lanyard to attach on the side so that you can conveniently carry the case around. I am happy with this purchase as it meets my purchased objective. Will see how the case holds up.

Ive used a few of these cases for other things before and they always hold up surprisingly well. Materials look fine, zipper works great, and the mesh pocket inside holds well. Mine also came with an extra padded divider thing that wasnt shown in the photos and doesnt fit the case super great. I ended up putting it on the flap side and it helped hold everything in without moving around. This one didnt smell nearly as bad as some of the similar cases Ive gotten in the past, but did have a slight scent to it. In mine I have the following: Klein ET300 transmitter and receiver Southwire 40012S Receptacle Tester Southwire circuit breaker finder accessory kit with the pigtails and light bulb socket adapter Sperry Non-Contact Voltage Tester VD6504 All of the above fits nicely without being too tight and bulging, or being too loose and rattling around. Id totally buy again if I lost it. Dirt and crud dont really stick to it, so it stays looking nice. Thats also the only real down side to these kinds of cases. There is no easy way to label them. Label maker tape doesnt stick and paint pens/sharpies dont work well on it. Only real way is to add a tag to the loop, or sew something in. Ive done neither and I have a few of these so sometimes its a hunt to find the right one. Still a 5 star recommendation though.
