Did not work right out of the box. They were very quick to supply me with another and then explain what was wrong with the first one. Apparently the filter pad was not installed correctly. From either myself or the company. Anyway, I am now very pleased with the customer service and the unit itself.. did a great job cleaning my furniture.

It is great for upholstery and carpet cleaning if you use water and soap. It works well beyond my expectations, the water coming out of this vaccuum cleaner is incredibly dirty and gross, but that shows how well this product works. The instruction manual is pretty simple and all the parts are in fine working order. There are different accessories from different functionalities. The suction power is incredibly powerful and the motor must be working really really well for it to have that kind of power. It sucks quite deep into the fibres of the fabric, and pulls out dirt from deep within the fabric. The product itself is also quite strong and durable, and the material quality is great. Very happy with it!

There is not a good suction to the machine to really steam clean anything. I have had to reclean my couch with another cleaner to make the cushin look clean.

I used it on the armrest of the couch and on my fitted Baseball caps and spot on car seat. Worked very well on these sort of things.

Likes: heats water quickly, easy to clean hose after use through a simple cleaning procedure, easy to fill water cylinder, light weight, easy to assemble and to prep for storage Dislikes: suction is not as strong as I hoped it would be. You can spray hot water on the stain, but after using suction attachment several times there is very little returns (just an ounce or so). Most water stays in carpet or upholstery and takes in excess of 24 hours to dry. This tells me the stain is diluted with water and soaks deeper into the carpet or upholstery, instead of being removed through suction.

This portable carpet cleaner is awesome. I was so surprised at how fast it heated and the power coming from such a small machine. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to clean their cars carpet because anything else, Im paying to get it cleaned. Detailers, this product will be perfect for you. I give it a A++++. This surprised me as it’s easily on par with the name brand spot washers. In fact it does better then many because it heats the water enough to use it without mixing soap in. It comes with a narrow and wide attachment, and a nozzle to clean out the tubes after you’re done. It’s fairly quiet, and powerful even on “normal” suction (it has a more powerful, but louder “high” setting if you need that). It’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far. And since I haven’t seen any need for soap I’ll save some money there. The only two downsides are minor. It takes a bit to heat up the water, but this can be helped by starting off with warm water in the tank (refills heat up just fine, cool or hot). The wide nozzle also has a rubber squeegee piece. Its meant to help it on hard floors (it does), but it should be removable because it makes it hard to move on carpets.

I really like this portable carpet cleaner. Does a great job of getting spots out. Works very efficiently, great value for the price. The only downfall is that it is a lot bigger than the pictures make it look so it’s a little difficult to travel with.

This bad boy does a great job of cleaning up carpet stains stains on the chair. I put it to work right away when I got it and Im really glad I got it. Heats up real quickly, just as a terrific job. Great suction! Im really glad I got it
