I had read on an on-line site that evaluated different fish oil products, that this one is one of the cleanest and best. I like that you can bite into them and chew on them because they are quite large and they have a nice lemon flavor. I like this product better than the liquid fish oil that we used to take. We are very happy with Carlson Elite Omega 3 Gems.

I have tried other brands and they all give me heartburn or the burps. This one is great and I can even take it on an empty stomach.
