I knew the silicone cups work but wasn’t sure about fitting in my Honda CR-V but it does (front and back), easily! The good thing about these, is that they have a lip which is a lot better than a flat coaster. Any moisture that runs down a cup on a flat coaster will runneth over into your cup holder but with a lip, the moister stays in the product. Fits a Starbucks venti cup great or a paper cup from your fast food place. I only wish that they offered these in colors other than black! I also use one next to my living room chair. Not sure it will fit a large mug but it does fit my China cup.

These are like a magnet to my 32oz cup, they fit so perfectly that each time I pick up my cup, it would stick on the bottom. One day I got off of work, saw one of these in the middle of the road, and had been run over however many times already. It must have got stuck under my cup and slipped off in the middle of my walk to work. Now 1/2 left, not buying again.
