I absolutely LOVE my KRISP. My favorite so far is the Almond Butter Chocolate Chip. Very addicting! These bars are very satisfying. I have one each morning for breakfast with my coffee. They are great for my low carb diet. I will continue to buy more.

The best tasting high protein, low sugar bars on the market. Ive been eating low sugar, vegetarian for years and went through so many vegan proteins bars. None made me crave them until I tried CanDo. I love every flavor, Ive tried so far and cant wait to try more!

I have been on Keto for a while and I often have a hard time finding snacks and things like this that I actually enjoy the taste of. I first saw single bar samples of these at a Winco when I was doing my normal grocery shopping and was surprised at how much I enjoyed them. I came to Amazon to buy them in larger quantities and now I have 1 every day as a snack and I love them.

Finally have found a real Keto snack that I enjoy: check the ingredients and see for yourself.

These are ok, though frankly there are a million other snacks Id be inclined toward before these bars. They are high calorie, so function better as a meal replacement than as a treat. Slightly annoyed that, after making a single order, CanDo Krisp started spamming my mailbox (like, the literal one) with flyers. I had to email their customer service in order to get them to stop. I never opted in to receiving spam from them, and in this era, they should be ensuring their customers are opted in to them wasting paper like that. Without the spam, I may have given the bars four stars, but with it, they get three.

These bars are great tasting and easy on the go! My husband takes one to work every day and it is a very filling and quick snack/lunch. Quality ingredients and low in sugar makes it a fantastic pantry staple if you are doing a keto diet.
