My son has terrible eczema since birth and after trying nearly every product on the market, our dermatologist recommended California Baby. I had seen it in stores, but hesitated to buy because of the price....I can say now, It is worth every penny. We used prescription lotion and even have special Dermatherapy bedding, but still, my sons eczema flared (especially during winter months). Using this wash helps keep his outbreaks to a minimum. California baby is great stuff. Its not cheap by any stretch, but its a great product that safe for baby and never has caused any skin issues. Its worth the $ not having to battle baby eczema or anything like that.

Perfect for head to toe use for anyone who is allergic to chemicals - no fragrance or any other noxious ingredient. Use it on babies and also on adults.

Was very disappointed in this as a shampoo. Nightmare at bath time because its not tear free, leaves hair tangled, and I didnt like the way hair looked after using it. Ended up using only on myself instead of kids and wound up with itchy dry and tender scalp. I couldnt understand because it didnt make the kids scalps itchy/dry but perhaps I started using it only after they added sodium benzoate to the ingredients. Discontinued using it as shampoo and now my scalp is ok. Ended up using it only as a body cleanser but Im unusually itchy these days so Im going to stop using it altogether.

Would recommend this product without hesitation for all kinds of skin conditions.

Been using this for my son for the past 7 months , since he was 3 months old. I cant say for sure if it is super sensitive because it made my skin dry from using it all the time to wash my hands. Also, If it gets in the eye, it stings. Mine did.

Started using it on my daughter after I discovered all the harmful chemicals on Johnsons baby products (shame on them). Im now using it on my son and will continue using it. I also use some of the other California baby products and love them!

I suffer from rosacea and sensitive skin and this is the ONLY cleanser I can use that doesnt make my skin tight or irritated. Rinses clean without any irritation whatsoever, removes my eye makeup (with the help of a washcloth), and never irritates. If they stop making this product, Id be completely lost.

We got this for our baby to help avoid eczema flare ups and it’s been gentle on his skin.
