> 3 dayEDIT one month later:this is by far my favorite supplement from bulk next to their creatine and AAKG. after using it for a month now my veins are pumped up and ready to go at the gym.to me the cirulline is almost tasteless. but i mask it with OJ or grape juice. the product says i can take it twice a day but i find that using it once a day is enough for me. im energetic all day with no crash. lastly, because bulk sends free samples i was able to try their other products as well and they are all fine products. at first i thought all the 5 star reviews were false or paid for but their products have proven me wrong. 5 stars all the way for quality of products and customer service. would highly recommend if trying to get in to shape or if you are like me and chase the pump. the L-citrulline base is best for me. hope this helps. one year later: my go to supp for pretty much everyday life... works all to well and has not lost efficacy one year later

Greater than one weekI take this as part of a supplement stack in addition to my medication regime treating cardiomyopathy. Approx. 18 months ago my heart ejection fraction (EF) was down to 25% (normal is 50-75%) and I was experiencing frequent breathlessness and angina pain when walking slowly on level ground. I was also experiencing frequent rapid heat beat (tachycardia) episodes, one of which required therapy provided by my pacemaker. I began taking COQ-10, D-Ribose, Magnesium Gluconate, and L-Carnitine 18 months ago, supplementing this regime with other supplements as I continued my research. I began feeling better almost immediately. I added L-Citrulline to my regime early in 2016. I noticed a further improvement in my exercise tolerance almost immediately. I can now walk briskly, climb extensive stairs, and tolerate summer heat with no angina pain or breathlessness. I worked all yesterday in our gardens and on our grounds in temperatures reaching 92 with no problem. My cardiologists report that the frequency of tachycardia episodes has decreased and that they are shorter and less serious. I am not claiming that L-Citrilline works magic, but it has definitely earned a permanent position in my supplement regime.

> 3 dayI use this L-citrulline in my cocktail for muscle recovery. At first, I used it by itself to gauge its effectiveness. Check! Its effective! Each of the muscle recover supplements that I used were tested for efficacy in the same way before using them in combination. This product helped change my life! Before taking this product, I had problems with exercise intolerance and muscle recovery. I tend to be too active at times due to the constant work that I do on my property and then of course I still want to go to the gym and lift weights. However, due to being active every single day on my property and having muscle recovery problem,s I would only go to the gym to lift once or twice per week. I also have a treadmill and weights at home, but Id usually only use my treadmill a few days a week for 30 minutes of walking/light running while using light weights at the same time. When I lift weights I am addressing quads, hams, glutes, abs, all 3 delt heads, bis, tris, alternating pecs and back. I am a female who lifts medium to heavy weights. If I had no other heavy physical activity going on on a weekly or daily basis Id spend 5-6 days at the gym focusing on only a few body parts each session, but I dont. My ideal with all of my other physical activity would be 3 days per week at the gym, but my body just couldnt handle that. 24 hours after going to the gym, the pain would start. It would be deep muscle pain and stiffness pretty much from head to toe. It would take 3-4 days for that pain to clear. There were times where the pain was so bad it was 7 of 10. Thats all changed now, now that Ive started using this muscle recovery product! This product helped completely change my life! For awhile I was buying 2:1 L-citrulline malate (2 parts L-citrulline to 1 part malic acid), which worked great. Then I remembered that I had an unopened 2 lb bag of malic acid powder that I purchased elsewhere. I purchased this straight L-citrulline powder now mix it with malic acid. I tested this mix on its own to see if it helps with my muscle recovery and feels like the same result that I had by purchasing pre-mixed 2:1 L-citrulline malate.

> 3 dayI purchased this at the recommendation of my coach. I noticed an unpleasant odor like ammonia/bleach after intense training sessions and my coach mentioned a potential imbalance with my urea cycle. 6g/day (I use a food scale to weigh it) and a week later my post-workout yeti odor is gone. I mix this powder with water - it definitely smells like bleach/ammonia - pretty much exactly the odor I was trying to get rid of on my body... but doesn’t really taste like anything. I’ll chug it quickly and chase with water more because of the unpleasant smell than any lingering flavor. It definitely worked for my purposes. Minus one star for packaging - I have large hands and these bags are difficult deal with; ill end up with powder on my knuckles from reaching in to scoop out the powder.

> 3 dayI have used L-Citrulline for years, from different brands and different combinations. I get this because its easier and dramatically more cost-effective buying just the bulk powder and mixing it into your drink of choice. It also doesnt taste nearly as bad as a lot of other supplement powders Ive tried, so thats a nice bonus. I have used this companys products before, and the quality has always been solid and this product here is no different. It is exactly as described and thats it, its a bulk bag of pure L-Citrulline powder, NOT L-Citrulline DL-Malate, which is a mix that is often used in lieu of pure L-Citrulline that people sometimes overlook. This is the good stuff if youre looking to increase your vascularity, muscle endurance, and increase bodily blood flow as well, so whether its increased lifts in the gym, better performance in the bedroom, or just improved cardiovascular health, this stuff works. Not gonna lie, its gotta be one of my fav supplements I have tried and continue to take.

> 3 dayBy far my favorite training supplement, but now considered an aid since it does a ton. I have tried a few other brands and L-Citrulline Malate. Nothing really compares to the Bulk Supplements L-Citrulline except the Kaged Muscle, however, Kaged is a lower concentration and you have to scoop twice as much to get the same results. This product has helped me reduce muscle fatigue and increase my endurance very quickly for longer cardio efforts. It has probably helps with my weight training as well, but I have not noticed a huge difference. I mix some into my pre-workout about 20-30 minutes before unless I have Beta Alanine mixed in, then its about 10-15 minutes prior. Depending on the workout, I usually will mix it in with my mid-workout recovery mixture and then definitely add some to my post-workout mix as it goes well with protein powder. Side benefit is that when I am taking it my blood pressure drops by 10 points on both levels even though I am not too worried about that right now. Definitely recommend it and make sure to verify the price difference between the different weights as when I bought it recently it was only $1-2 more for the next weight which will last a lot longer... unless I get out of control using it!
