Fast & Easy to use , microwave 20 seconds and place on eyes , great for bringing back moisture to dry , tired , aching eyes and helps with migraines.

This only holds the heat for about 10 min max. For longer more effective times, say the 20 minutes I needed, using a sock worked way better.
