Brother TN221C, TN221M, TN221Y (TN-221C, TN-221M, TN-221Y) Cyan, Magenta and Yellow Toner Cartridge Set

Great product and just what the doctor ordered.

Put these toner cartridges in my printer just 4 months ago and the yellow toner has leaked all over. I paid top dollar for OEM cartridges because the cheaper cartridges proved to be problematic. Well....expensive, OEM seems to be no better. Very sad and angry that my printer isnt printing properly and needs to be cleaned. Just called Brother and they only warranty the toner cartridge for 90 days. NO MORE BROTHER PRINTERS for me!

I purchased Y cartridge from this seller. I open the box and put it in the printer. The printer kept stating to replace the cartridge I tried to reinstall it a few times without luck so I went to OfficeMax and purchased the cartridge and it worked. I sent an email to the seller. It took him exactly 48 hours to respond. I was asked if I shock the cartridge or if the cylinder was broken. I am not a techie and I told them I dont know. It does not work. Never heard back.

I really cannot say how well these work as Amazon said they fit my printer and they DID NOT. Means I am out a restocking fee of $55. I will think LONG and HARD before ever buying something else from a non-Amazon business selling through Amazon as well. The sellers position was that it is not their fault Amazon sold me an incompatible product. BEFORE YOU ORDER…go to Staples and double check the toner model to see if it fits. Staples fitment system is FAR superior!

Never will buy another Brother printer. They have it programmed to reject other brands apparently. And Brothers cartridge price is outlandishly expensive

Not messy, bright vibrant colors and free return labels for the empty ones :)

Good quality but expensive. Empty does not mean empty! When printer indicates the cartridge is empty (which it determines by counting pages, not by actually measuring toner level) it stops printing. We can reset this through the (hidden) service menu and cartridge can be used again for a full ride!! Somewhere during third period we can see printing starts to fade and cartridge is finally empty. Which proves again that all the green talk of manufacturers (trying to let us believe they care about environment) is in reality only about the green color of our money: they want to sell as much as they can and dont care that a large plastic piece ends up on the landfill while still more than half full.

Printer ink is good quality. I keep my warranty by using Brother products.

Havent used them yet. I know theyll be excellent.

Does what it says on the tin. I love my Brother laser printer, Ill never go back to buying inkjets again. Lasts a long time – this is the first time Ive had to replace the color toner in almost 2 years of relatively frequent use (I did have to replace the black previously). Its very easy to replace the cartridges and they include a prepaid label to send the old toner cartridges back for recycling. This is something you CANNOT do with off-brand toner, so consider the e-waste when youre thinking of buying a knock-off cartridge for cheap.
