I cannot tell you HOW MANY FAULTY TONERS we have gone through. We always buy geniune brother through Amazon Prime, and they LEAK! Then we cant return them b/c its been past the date. We use a lot of toner so we always keep a new one on hand. I ordered this one 3 months ago, but just started using it and its still 80% full but creating a large grey streak down the middle of every page (covers 50% of page). Ive tried everything but it still leaks. This is very frustrating when trying to run a business.

At first the toner seemed fine and since this is for home use it takes me a lot longer to go through toner so it also took over a year before I realized I was getting bad prints. In this whole time since I had this toner I probably only printed 500 pages. The toner had leaked a lot causing me to have to completely clean the inside of the printer and buy new toner. I thought this was genuine Brother toner but now I am questioning that. I ended up buying new toner at a store in town because I could not trust buying this again. I had also purchased the other 3 colors through Amazon and they were starting to leak toner as well. Very disappointed. I love shopping on Amazon but they really need to be sure that counterfeit products are not being sold.

Brothers OM toners/supplies are the best!

Placed toner into Brother printer and encountered weird noises as well as white streaks on pages; Because I had it on my shelf past Jan 31, 2018, I can no longer return it.

So far a great alternative to the high priced toners sold by Dell.
